We have had a number of clients report performance issues for Accredo under Remote Desktop after upgrading or migrating their server from Windows Server 2008 to Server 2012 or later. This has recently been traced to a Microsoft Server Technology called Fair Share which is enabled by default in Remote Desktop Services. Disabling disk Fair Sharing on the Remote Desktop server has restored the expected performance for affected applications including Accredo.
Details and information about disabling TSFairShare can now be found in the help:
https://accredo.co.nz/webhelp/#RemoteDesktopServices.htm
We will also be notifying end users in conjunction with the next build with a recommendation to talk to their Network Administrator if they think they are affected.
Kind regards
Tish
